The site is called Fuelcaster and was launched by the car insurance firm Esurance.

All you have to do is enter your zip code and the web site tells you whether or not to fill up that day or wait until finally tomorrow.

A spokesperson from the company advised us the site’;s predictions are about 90 % accurate.
