Richard Petty Motorsports driver Aric Almirola finished 43rd in the NASCAR Sprint Cup Series race at Car Club Speedway in California on Sunday.

And he had a small assist getting there as Brian Scott bumped Almirola from behind, sending Almirola’;s Ford spinning off the track.

“The 33 [Scott] was certainly a dart without having feathers and coming across the racetrack,” Almirola mentioned. “He ran proper into me. It’;s a shame for our Farmland crew, our Ford Fusion was getting a lot better. We did not begin off the race like we had needed to but acquired it a whole lot far better. Guy, he came from all the way at the bottom of the racetrack and ran into me. He’;s not even racing this series for factors. He’;s out there getting exciting because his daddy will get to pay out for it and he wrecked us. Which is aggravating.”
